At 3.5× magnification, Panoramic optics provide five times the viewable area of Galilean Standard Field optics. This combines magnification with a wider view.
Comparison: 3.5× magnification throughout.

Comparison baseline: Standard Field. At 3.5×, the manufacturer specifies 100 rather than 20 cm² – five times the viewable area. The area ratio is not equivalent to the diameter ratio.
Another prismatic option: Micro-EF at 3.5× with a diameter of 7.5 cm and a viewable area of 44 cm².

Plenty of detail, an expanded field of view and just 77 grams: the 4.5× MicroEF optics in a SteamVUE frame show how high magnification, a 5.5 cm field diameter and low weight come together.
From working distance and interpupillary distance to declination angle and prescription correction: your optics are individually tailored to you. We select the frame and magnification to suit your tasks – and your style.
Distinguishing the optical variants: the manufacturer brochure specifies reference values of Ø 5.0 cm for 4.5× MicroEF and Ø 5.5 cm for 4.5× Classic-EF. The field of view of your custom-fitted loupes is checked at your working distance. Original manufacturer brochure & notes ↗
DESIGNS FOR VISIONFluorescence visualization · REVEAL FC
REVEAL FC · AN ADDITIONAL VIEW
A second view. Directly in the operating field.
REVEAL FC adds fluorescence signals to your usual view. You see them directly through the matched filter optics – while both hands remain free for your work.
A VIEW INTO THE OPERATING FIELD
WHITE-LIGHT IMAGE
Clinical demonstration images. Different fluorescence patterns provide additional visual information and require clinical interpretation.
REVEAL FC · WITH LOUPES OR AS STOGGLES
See what others miss. Treat what you see.
The headlight excites fluorescence using defined 405 nm light. The matched filter optics make the emitted signals visible. No dyes are required to visualize the signals.
Direct viewingIn your own field of view, hands-free and in real time.
A wearable systemWith custom loupe optics or without magnification.
Fits into your workflowSwitch between white-light and fluorescence views.
REVEAL is an adjunctive visualization aid. Diagnosis and treatment decisions continue to rely on a complete clinical assessment. The absence of a fluorescence signal does not demonstrate the complete absence of biofilm.
ERGONOMIC LOUPES · INFINITY VUE
Work upright. See precisely.
Infinity VUE technology combines 4.5× magnification with an integrated expanded field of view. A gold SteamVUE frame forms the basis of your custom-fitted ergonomic loupes – for detailed work with a wider view and a more upright working posture.
The angled prismatic optics redirect your view toward the operating field below. This allows you to hold your head more upright and reduce forward tilt. This may ease strain on the neck and shoulders during longer procedures.

BENEFITS IN DAILY PRACTICE
Your workflow sets the direction.
Our experience with clinical applications shows that the key is to identify where better vision can support your workflow.
PRECISION WORK
Details in focus.
Magnification tailored to you for restorative work, endodontics and surgical tasks. Field of view and lighting are selected to suit your needs.
PREVENTIVE DENTISTRY & PERIODONTICS
Additional optical feedback.
REVEAL can provide additional visualization of accessible fluorescent deposits – before, during and after instrumentation.
IMPLANT DENTISTRY & SURGERY
An additional visual check.
View fluorescent structures in the accessible operating field. Clinical findings, radiographic assessment and treatment appropriate to the indication remain decisive.

CARIOLOGYFluorescence in a minimally invasive treatment workflow+
A clinical case report links REVEAL with the ICCMS 4D concept and chemomechanical caries removal. It shows how additional visual information can be integrated into an established treatment workflow.

PERI-IMPLANT AREASBiofilm and adjunctive fluorescence visualization+
The review discusses biofilm in peri-implant disease and a fluorescence-based application perspective. It helps put the scientific background to adjunctive deposit visualization into context.

FROM SELECTION TO FIRST USE
A personal journey. To your custom-fitted loupes.
You do not need to choose a model before your initial consultation. Together, we establish what suits your tasks and working style.
01
Understand your needs
Discuss your application, loupe experience and preferences.
02
Explore the optics
Demonstrate magnification, field of view and, where appropriate, REVEAL.
03
Take individual measurements
Record the working distance, declination angle and fit for your loupes.
04
Get started with support
Arrange delivery, guidance on use, fine adjustments and service.
A considered investment in your workspace.
Your configuration and costs are discussed transparently before you decide. Purchase and any leasing options are clarified in your personalized quote.
That depends on your tasks, your previous experience with loupes and your desired field of view. Higher magnification alone is not a complete basis for selection. During the consultation, we compare suitable optics and take your working distance into account.
How does Panoramic differ from other loupe optics?+
The patented Panoramic optics increase the viewable area compared with prism-based Expanded Field optics. Magnification, working distance and the specific configuration determine which system suits your application.
Can my prescription be taken into account?+
Individual prescription correction can be incorporated into the configuration. We discuss which current prescription measurements are needed and which version is suitable for you.
REVEAL loupes or REVEAL Stoggles?+
Both combine a REVEAL headlight with matched filter optics. The custom-fitted loupes add magnification to the fluorescence view. Stoggles provide an introduction without loupe magnification or custom-built loupes.
How can I try REVEAL?+
You can request an in-office trial of the non-customized Stoggles configuration. Availability, guidance on use and trial conditions are agreed individually. For custom-built loupes, we discuss suitable demonstration options before your loupes are custom-built.
Does REVEAL replace examination or radiography?+
No. REVEAL provides additional optical information. Clinical examination, necessary imaging, clinical interpretation and treatment decisions remain part of your complete assessment.
